About FormCheck

Progress deserves better than a confident guess.

FormCheck turns a consistent full-body photo into a private visual estimate range designed for tracking direction over time.

Why we built it

Scale weight changes with water, food, and timing. Clinical methods can be useful, but they are not always convenient for regular check-ins. FormCheck provides a simple visual baseline that can be repeated under similar conditions.

What we believe

An honest range is more useful than false precision. Photos should be handled as temporary analysis inputs, not permanent content. Results should support reflection and consistency, never diagnosis or shame.

Who it is for

FormCheck is for adults who want a directional progress tool. It is not appropriate for medical decisions, emergencies, eating-disorder decisions, or anyone seeking a clinical body-composition measurement.

Editorial standards

Our guides and blog articles summarize publicly available references from organizations including the CDC, NIH, WHO, and ACSM. Content is reviewed periodically and includes last-updated dates. See our medical disclaimer.
