Use the subject “Privacy request” for access or deletion questions, “Billing” for subscription questions, or “Product support” for analysis and account issues.
Before you write
For photo rejections, include the on-screen error text but not the original photo. For billing, include the email used at checkout but never a full card number. Account deletion and export are also available from the private dashboard.
