You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and upload only photos of yourself with your consent.
Not medical advice
FormCheck produces a probabilistic visual estimate for directional tracking. It is not a diagnosis, medical device, clinical measurement, or substitute for a qualified professional. Do not use it to make medical, eating-disorder, medication, or emergency decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not upload nudity, illegal content, another person, malicious files, or attempt to bypass usage limits. We may reject unsuitable images or suspend abusive use.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices may exclude applicable tax. You can cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal; access continues according to the checkout and cancellation terms shown to you.
Results and availability
Estimates vary with lighting, pose, clothing, camera, demographics, model changes, and other factors. We do not guarantee a specific accuracy, outcome, uptime, or fitness result.
Account deletion
You may export or request deletion of your account. Certain transaction records may be retained to meet tax, fraud, chargeback, or legal obligations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and the operator is not liable for indirect losses or decisions made from an estimate. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be presented through the service where required. We may suspend accounts used illegally, abusively, or in ways that threaten other users or the service.
Governing terms and contact
